Mark A. Coleman, Jr. was born in Kankakee, IL, in 1981. Mark moved to Chatsworth at the age of 12 and graduated from Prairie Central High School in 1999. He graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2005.
While practicing as a professional engineer, focusing on heavy infrastructure, Mark received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010 and passed the Illinois Bar. He has been practicing as corporate counsel for engineering firms in the Chicagoland area since his graduation.
As of June 1, 2019, Mark is the new partner at Weeks, Brucker & Coleman, Ltd. He is excited for the opportunity to rejoin and serve the community where he was raised. The firm of Weeks, Brucker & Coleman, Ltd has offices in Fairbury and Gibson City. He concentrates his practice in business formation, estate planning, real estate, personal injury claims, family law, and criminal defense.

Stephen C. Weeks was born in Fairbury, IL, in 1952. Steve and his wife, Beth Ann, live in rural Forrest, IL. He graduated from Forrest-Strawn-Wing High School in 1970. He received his bachelor’s degree in urban regional planning from the University of Illinois in 1974.
Steve was the Livingston County Zoning Administrator from 1976 to 1981. He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1984. Steve has been practicing law in Fairbury for over 35 years. The firm of Weeks, Brucker & Coleman, Ltd has offices in Fairbury and Gibson City.
He concentrates his practice in estate planning, real estate, personal injury claims, agricultural law, family law, and traffic cases.

Thomas L. Brucker was born in Cropsey, IL, on June 6, 1948. He graduated from Fairbury-Cropsey High School in 1966 and Northern Illinois University in 1970. He served with the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1972.
He completed one tour in Vietnam with the Staff Judge Advocate’s office in Long Binh. From 1972 to 1974, he taught 6th grade at Rockridge School District near Moline, IL. He attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL, and upon graduation, he worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago from 1978 to 1986.
While at the State’s Attorney’s Office, he became Supervisor of the Arson Unit. From 1986 to 1991, he was employed as a senior associate with Clausen & Miller in Chicago. From 1991 to the present, he has been President and General Partner with Weeks, Brucker & Coleman, Ltd, with offices in Fairbury, IL and Gibson City, IL.
He has over 40 years of experience with jury trials, bench trials, and appeals to the appellate courts. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois including Trial Bar, 1991; and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
